Knights Achievements

The current Fraternal Year is over.  The Council has accomplished much.  We held several successful Blood Drives, raised $1700 is gifts credit cards to help St. Vincent de Paul Christmas efforts, made our new membership goal and completed all our “Faith in Action” programs.

We now need to look at goals for Fraternal Year 22-23.  The Council was successful last year, but we can and need to do more.  We are all aware of how the world is changing which challenges us more.  We as Knights of Columbus and as Catholic men need to meet the challenges that we as Knights, parishioners, and community will be facing.

The Council is looking at a very aggressive year for “Faith in Action” programs, knowing that we as Knights can do more.
Jesus Christ has shown that loving your brothers and sisters can and will lead us to our ultimate goal and that is to be with God’s in heaven.

The Grand Knights wishes to thank all of you for our success last Fraternal Year and is calling all Knights to make Fraternal Year 22-23 a greater success.  If you can only spare one hour a month that will help us do God’s work and reach our goals.

March Achievements

Our Council Knights had a productive month in March.  We provide Soup and Grilled Sandwich each Friday during Lent.  The committee for Lenten soup did a fantastic job in selecting the soup for the first three week of Lent.  We had many, many complements about the soup.  The Council will continue to serve soup and sandwich in April during Lent.  THANKS to our Knights who worked hard to make it a success.

We had a recruitment table set up for the Walk of Life.  This kind of events we support plus it gives us visibility to the public.

A blood drive was held.  We had two buses this time which gave the ability to handle walk-ins.  Special thanks to all who gave blood.

A recruitment drive was held the same day as the blood drive.  Several potential candidates were given information about what we do as knights.

Three new knights completed their exemplification online this month.  Welcome to our council Knights.

Every month we assist St, Vincent de Paul in unloading their food truck.

Our website is gaining viewers each month.  The editors of the website are always looking for articles for our site.  If you have a story, submit it via our email address.
